Cultivating authentic local relationships

We believe connection strengthens unity. That’s why ONE Prayer creates regular spaces for pastors and worship leaders to build authentic relationships across church lines. Whether it's sharing a meal, praying with one another, or writing songs together, we believe these rhythms of connection help cultivate the kind of unity Jesus prayed for in John 17. As trust grows, so does our collective witness to the world.

Ministry can be lonely—but it doesn’t have to be. Our monthly Pastor Lunches are a space for local church leaders to step away from the demands of ministry and connect with one another over a shared meal.

These lunches aren’t about networking or platforms—they’re about building real friendships, praying for one another, and creating a culture of mutual encouragement across church lines. As relationships deepen, so does our collective strength and unity as the Body of Christ in this region.

monthly songwriting meet-ups

Unity can sound like a song. Each month, we host Worship Co-Writes—gatherings where local worship leaders come together to create new songs for the Church.

These are more than writing sessions. They’re sacred spaces for connection, creativity, and collaboration. As writers share ideas and hearts, trust grows, denominational walls come down, and new expressions of worship emerge—rooted in the shared desire to glorify Jesus and serve the Church together.

If you’re a worship leader or songwriter in the area, you’re invited. Click below to RSVP for an upcoming Co-Write.
